Welcome to The style board a Shop Mini provided by HiveB2X. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our App within the Shopify Shop App ecosystem. By using the App, you agree to these terms.
1. About
The App is a simple utility that allows users to leave star ratings on "looks" shared by friends or other users. The App is designed solely for providing feedback via a star rating system.
2. Privacy & Data Handling
We prioritize your privacy and have designed the App to be as minimal as possible regarding data collection: Star Reviews Only: We only store the star rating value (e.g., 1-5 stars) associated with a specific "look" or item. No User Tracking: We do not store any relationship between a specific star review and the user who left it. Reviews are stored anonymously. No Camera or Media Access: The App does not require, request, or access your device’s camera, microphone, or photo gallery. No PII: We do not collect or store Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as your name, email, or physical address in connection with the reviews you leave.
3. Use of the App
By using the App, you agree to: Use the star rating system in good faith. Not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or manipulate the App's functionality. Comply with the Shopify Shop App’s overarching Terms of Service.
4. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. HiveB2X is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App or the inability to use it. Since we do not link reviews to users, we cannot verify the authenticity of any specific rating.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, design, and branding associated with App are the property of HiveB2X.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
